We love our “jobs.” I tell people all the time that, while it’s by no means an easy job, being a wedding photographer is the most rewarding and exciting profession I’ve ever been in. We get to work with some of the most amazing people on one of the greatest days of their lives – and we get to do it in some of the most beautiful places on earth!<\/p>\n

We wanted to give a glance into the behind the scenes of a fun day in the life of a L’Amour photographer. This day we were shooting a Trash the Dress<\/a> session on the breathtaking sandbar off of Kaneohe in Oahu.<\/p>\n

For this Trash the Dress session, we threw a couple Stand-Up Paddle Boards, some dive equipment, and our camera gear in a boat with the\u00a0adventurous\u00a0couple and headed out. About ten minutes off shore we arrived at the amazing remote tropical location seen below.<\/p>\n

We started the Trash the Dress session above the water before we really jumped in. For this one, Eric strapped on some SCUBA gear and headed under while John did quick dives and helped the bride and groom. The crystal clear waters in Hawaii really make the colors pop!<\/p>\n

We took the\u00a0opportunity\u00a0to grab a few shots of the photographers of the day. I’m not sure if you can tell, but we take ourselves extremely seriously… Meet (from left to right) Eric, Wendy, and John.<\/p>\n
